DP5570 is analog while e-55 is digital..

bro does machine are both digital.im wondring why toshiba made does machine so similar and all its parts but thy had diferent names.

Here is an excerpt from an old TechNet article describing how to convert a DP to an eStudio.

Warnings If you update the Main ROM and do not update the FROM, you will get a blank screen if you try to power up normally. The FROM update mode will still work.
