thanks optik man and especially thanks for your kind considration about my problem .
i was pretty sure that the network was OK but i am not sure if the copier send PING or something else .i am gonna tell you something interesting that the copier is connected to my PC . i mean dady bought the copier embeded with the PC behind the copier. when first time the copier stoped printing , four friend (including me ) left other works aside and started thing about the solution. one of our friend poped up and suggested formatting the PC. it was windows NT 4.0 installed on our PC but we now installed windows 2000 professional.
1 ) PC dont recognize the copier while although it is embeded to copier with any interface inside that we dont even know about that interface or any bloody it is .
2 ) we install the a printer to PC with the guidence book sent by the merci of toshiba technology.after installing the drivers ,there appears to printer on the PC something like this toshiba estudio 45 gl1010 PCL6 ...... . anyway .and when i follow this path start -> control panel -> printers and fax , and right click the installed default printer icon, and go to the section port, and choose port configuration , te is not appear anything that is type port . ther is delay time . nothing else . what do suggest ?
