Print Release

Afternoon All,

I appreciate I could just be being thick here or missing something.

I am struggling to set up print release for jobs sent to a Tosh 5005AC.

Ideally I want my user to login and then the machine will print out any jobs they have sent to it from their PC. I have setup user codes and enabled print on login, but it doesn't seem to want to work. I've also enabled 08-8915. Spoken to Tosh and done what they have suggested too.... my head hurts!

Quite a simple thing and something I have done thousands of times on other manufacturers kit....

In the print driver under the Basic tab, Print Job, pull the drop down box to Private Print. Note the "... Box" and enter your Private print number.

At the copier LCD panel, touch the Print icon. Pull down the drop down box to Private print. Enter your password release the job to print.
