Estudio 4508A radf document jams and parts

I have a relatively new 4508A with document feeder jams. The machine has only 44,215 pages and 43,409 scans. I cleaned the document feed rollers and it helped for a few days then the problem returned. My next step is to replace the rollers but I can not find the part numbers. I logged in to the FYI portal and the MR3031 parts manual is not listed. I tried the Parts Ribbon and it is not working for me. I used Microsoft edge and Chrome with no luck. Does anyone out there have part numbers for the pickup, feed, and friction rollers? Is anyone having this problem on this model? Thanks in advance.

Update. I was finally able to access the parts, so I got part numbers now.

Look also for replacing the separation torque limiter with the updated one if you have flat spots on separation roller.

This Ebn series RADF got problems, maybe due to new design and new type of separation roller...

[Phenomenon]
Additional countermeasure to an E712 error or an E721 error in RADF. Improvement of G17F213 and G17B909

[Cause]
- In rare cases, interference sometimes occurs since the gap between the guide and the separation roller is too narrow as a consequence of the direction of its bushing.
- it will cause the separation roller will not contact the paper feed roller with an appropriate load.
- it would become difficult to rotate the separation roller following the paper feed roller

[Countermeasure]
-To avoid this, the shape of two stop rings has been modified.

[Phenomenon]
1. E712 or E721 may occur because the separation roller cannot rotate following the paper feed roller
2. In duplex scanning mode, E721 may occur when a thick paper original is transported

[Treatment in the field]
For Phenomenon 1:
1. Apply grease to the sliding section pressing the separation roller
2. Clean or exchange the separation roller
3. Adjust the pressure force of the separation roller (If and only if the phenomenon still persists after attempting item [1] and [2])

For Phenomenon 2, apply version upgrade of RADF F/W (DF-08)
