E Studio 457 light on the rear side

This Copier only has 500 copies on it. 2016 model. I have checked and cleaned the optics, checked the DV
unit and the transfer roller unit to no avail. Copier may have been sitting for awhile since so few copies was on it. Thinking of trying another drum . Any other ideas are helpful

By chance, have you compared image quality between prints and copies? That way you can tell if the problem is related to the scanner or the printer.

Often it's helpful to attach an image quality sample ... when you want opinions on image quality, and I think you do. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Checked it out and found out that when I print that the copies are not light on the rear side. That mean it's related to the scanner. I will take another look at the mirrors since I transported the machine 75 miles to install, may have jarred something out of place. Copier does have an internal finisher and there is no skew, so I'm canceling out the idea that the scanner has been pushed down a bit. I have attached some sample copies

place copy on glass, turn out the lights in the room and make a copy.

you might have light leakage from the RADF misaligned , movers (and sometimes techs) use the RADF as a place to push and tug.

The sample copies are what I get when I lay originals on the glass. When I use the ADF, I get a shadow on the rear side

It could be dusty optics or a loose mirror retainer. It's probably not a focus issue. =^..^=

If the flat glass copies fine, you have an alignment or mirror issue with your RADF. If the flat glass does not, you have a dirty mirror or optic. Start by checking your mirrors and ARDF alignment.
