Most likely the teflon sheet inside the heater sleeve is bunched up. I can also see that there are some creases in the sleeve. You'll want a FR-KIT-FC50H fuser rebuild kit. And it does need all the parts installed including the plastic pressure pad and the teflon sheet and the oil and the sleeve.

This fuser is a bit tricksy to rebuild. Get the teflon sheet installed under the clamping strip, the same way it's assembled now. You'll eventually get fuser temperature errors if the teflon sheet is not installed properly. And use the oil. It's necessary. And it's very easy to damage the thermistors. I start the sleeve onto the holder, wipe oil onto the first 75mm of the teflon sheet, then carefully rotate the sleeve while sliding it onto the holder. As you near the thermistors press them back to slide the sleeve past. Apply more oil, repeat ... Don't forget to move the bearing from the gear side of the old sleeve to the gear side of the new sleeve. Your hands will stay nice and slippery. Plan on dropping your tools frequently for the next few days.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The bw meter is 152k where color meter is 14k only...The fuser parts lifespan seems way too low compared to e3555c series...

The Fuser Belt has been changed also the Oil has now a low viscosity to prevent the slide sheet damaging the belt from inside (you may need to upgrade FW to 2173 and set Fuser Belt Version from 0 to 1 by running a code supplied with the Fuser Belt Kit).
Defects are simple, our mind is complicated

So are you going to examine the fuser or just talk about it? =^..^=

The torn teflon sheet will cause your fusing issue. =^..^=
