hi everyone,
we have 3 machines toshiba estudio 6505Ac , every now and then developer acumulates at the rear part of the developer unit and push the 3 rear gears,machine give error c022 we have to change these gears like choclates. all of them have above 2k prints. any clue.

Take a look at the spring scraper for the self replenish developer system inside the affected developer unit, this has been changed back to the one used in 6570C series 6LH02928000 to prevent what you experience.

Could you mean eS6506ACT? I've repaired a number of these developing units before the first PM. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Is the machine leveled? Was the developer material replaced along with the spring?
