Hi guys, i got a Toshiba es455 with an error E190. Papers not picking up from LCF. Needs new roller kits?
or something else needs to replace? I did cleaned all the rollers but still E190.

How many clicks on the LCF rollers? Near yield? Any flats? =^..^=

I haven't seen it on the KD-1026 ... but on the very similarly constructed KD-1024 I've seen a few things:
1) One of the plastic alignment posts at the rear of the feed unit shears off. The feed unit loses drive.
2) The previous tech disassembling the paper deck drive unit installs the bronze bushings with the collars to the outside of the drive pack. The bushings are supposed to be installed collars to the inside of the drive pack. Maybe I have a photo or 3 ...

I really hated KD-1024 and KD-1026.
They seem to work fairly well ... other than the issue listed. =^..^=

check the interlock switches on the ped door are ok and being switched correctly
OK. I replaced all the rollers but still E190. Here is what i saw: the feed and sep. turning but pickup roller was not. What causes the pickup roller not turning to pick papers up? I haven't seen this before. Thanks
There's an idler gear that rides between the feed and pickup rollers. If the gear is gone, or the pick roller is not properly clipped on, it won't turn.
None of the rollers will turn if the wire harness is broken to the clutch, like in the previous post. =^..^=
