Have a strange problem, have one with 35k on it and an mj1110 booklet finisher, making booklets is no problem, 11x17, 8.5 x 14 , 8.5 x11r all work fine..can run them all day, but when they try to fold one sheet of any of those sizes it folds fine but when it goes to exit it goes thru the mylar before the exit rollers and goes above the exit roller plate and curls and wont exit..call tech support and they were no support, firmware is latest and greatest... have not tried another mj1110 . everything is in the correct place nothing bent or loose...can fold 2 sheets fine also, tried different paper you may get one out but thats about it
