I have an e-35 the I noticed the op.panel light fluctuation & also at time upon power on, the op. panel does not come on at all but the fans do.
We tried the power supply & print PCB with no difference.
We are now trying the fuser unit & currently the op. panel is not fluctuating & the op. panel no power problen has not yet returned.
Still testing.
Maybe try another fuser unit to see if it changes your symptom.

BLINKING eS 45

I have had a few of these do this. My first question is .Does it have a fax board? If it does remove it and see if the copier comes alive. The fax board has two distinct boards. If the copier come back to life refit the boards and re initialize them It has worked 90 % of the time for me. The other option is to look at the fuser assembly for bad thermistor contacts. Hope this helps
