Disable printing driver in hdd Toshiba e283

When I access Toshiba e283 using smb for file scan, I see some driver's file here, how can I delete or disable theme.
Some of my employees double click on that file to install driver instead of downloading them from internet and it cause "Reboot Machine" when they print from Windows 7.

U can do it via TopAccess


1. Upload latest software (Installer Setup files for Client Utilities CD-ROM)

or

2. Disable Print Share Via SMB Session
— Select this to enable the file sharing service using SMB, but disable SMB printing.

How can you prevent user from accessing the sbm and double click on the driver file?
