Have an Oce 2330, light copies.
Main charge, drum and toner good.
It appears as it the transfer charge is not
being applied. Looking for Toshiba 6LA85754000, transfer charge assy. This is a non profit and if possible would like to repair unit. Thanks
I'd check developer bias contact first.
Panic stop shows a solid image on the drum.
Most likely you're right about a shorting S/T unit, and I'll be surprised if you find one. It's an old machine and all our donors are parted out. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That is exactly what I told the customer. They were given the machine 7 years ago and have had no problems with it, until now.
