If Im not make mistake, I think this is the firmware of the machine. I have similiar case like this but in eS163, after I upgrade the firmware with the latest one, can solve the problem.
Following Toshiba's advice I updated the firmware to the current one
but the fault still remains.
Have since been told by Toshiba that "Estudio 166 is not designed to print from power save at this time" something to do with it being a basic gdi printer which is a load of crap .
I pointed out that the Estudo 120 (which is a sharp) does it .
