Estudio 166 Print Problem

Hi I have an Estudio 166 that cannot automatically choose the correct tray for A3 or A4 when printing you have to tell it which tray in Word Page Set Up



Anyone else come accross this.

hello how many tray you have in these machine.and paper size you usualy used to print?

Just the standard config of 1 Tray + Bybass

Standard Tray is Set to A3 while the Bypass is set to A4.

did you corectly set paper format for each tray in printer driver?

Yeah I set up the driver properly as per instructions.

The problem is when you set it up so that it uses printer settings or auto source selection it shows an error of no paper or wrong paper and can result in the print job hanging and you cant delete it .you have to reboot your PC.
