    Check that 08-3629 is set to "1", and 08-3641 is set to "1" to be able to view TopAccess.

    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Dear Friend;
    Thank you for the response. Unfortunately I am not expert in Toshiba MFP's. Would you please explain it to me in an amateur way?!

    You mean READ?!! I don't think so.

    Question Re: Embedded Web Browser (EWB)

    Dear my friends;
    Unfortunately this device is in IR Iran and there is no Toshiba tech support in this country. I am an IT expert and I do not know about MFP's as much as a technician. So I want you to be kind and answer my question. Your response will be appreciated.
    Kind Regards

    Re: Embedded Web Browser (EWB)

    Trying to install Papercut on a current Toshiba copier with current V18 Papercut software with live access to experienced live technical support is hard enough and takes a solid two- three hours with dozens of keystrokes to both the Papercut server and the eBridge Web Browser.

    The task you are attempting to complete with a discontinued copier product, intermittent help from strangers and probably out of date software without the numerous patches that Papercut provides is likely going to be an exercise in futility and wasted time.

    You need to seriously downsize your task and focus on the 1,000 Department Codes that are built into the copier as your solution.
