Not a bad machine, runs cheap, make sure it's on the latest firmware etc, make sure the waste box gets replaced and if you hear any squeaking from the exit roller section pull it out and clean the bushes

    I can't improve on that. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It is a discontinued product that had a tendency for Hard Drives to crash. Make sure Super Energy saver is turned on to help reduce HDD crashes and stock a spare Toshiba SED-HDD.

This series has its share of issues, hdd failures, toshiba used self oiling brass bushings ( read self seizing). they are in the exit, transfer belt assembly, bridge units etc. Dev units seize up, bushings need to be upgraded to bearings. Developer dumps frequently in dirty environments. Led erase lamps fail. Adfs have issues feeding certain originals. Other than that there good lol
