E-studio 4540c keeps going back to energy save

ok Lads,

this is a good one.. I have reset this machine several times with 08 - 9111 setting it to 0, and have disabled power shutdown in 9112 setting it to 20.
and the machine won't hold the settings and keeps going back the original value of 13 in the 08- 9111.
Firmware was updated this week and machine is functioning just fine except for the energy save problem.
i have over 60 of these units out there and this is the only one doing this..any ideas..

Do you have a cloud connect policy that could be setting this code ?
