E studio 477S, re branded Oki. E130 jam

I have Es 477S giving me random E130, never a paper to remove just open door and close.
Sometimes it feeds 50 sheets then jams, other times 2 then jams.
Just installed new cassette assy, that other tech ordered. Tires are also new in feed.

My temporary work around is all jobs going to bypass, has not jammed yet!

Manual says check/replace "sensor lever", I could not find such a part. I have ordered the feeder assy register.
Anyone seen this issue or know this part???

did you try blowing the tray/feeder sensors out?

also can u watch feed progress from back of tray? hesitation ? slip? FTF?

clean out sensors.. now many total pages?

then lube shafts with TriFlow oil

    check tray guides..
paper loaded properly and correct size?

I did blew out sensors, adjust paper guides.
I did not try to watch it feed, but I will when I return.

Check that the sensor flag that sits in the paper tray cavity only pivots in one direction. If you can toggle it back and forth then it is broken. There is a small stop on the assy. that keeps it from toggling in the wrong direction. I had one that drove me crazy with intermittent jams until I removed the sensor and flag assy and looked at it. It should only move back to 90 degrees and stop when actuated.

Sometimes the tray plastic catch located at the middle way inside the tray cavity on the left breaks (it's pushed by a spring) and tray slips out when paper is fed. It can work well when paper tray is full of paper that keeps the tray in place when feeding.

This model is considered disposable at that volume. Time to upgrade the customer to a new e478s.

Update...I messed it up good. Replaced registration assy, crossed some connectors. some connectors not seated right

Going back today with pu board, TR assy front and head FFC. I didn't have a good day yesterday.

Customer stated new machine was ordered but thats all she knew.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm posting the photos for Thayer, but I'll let him fill in the description. The part I can see, is that there is an idler wheel missing. He can tell you more:
