| You might try printing to the Post Script driver if you already are not. If that doesn't work and assuming you are printing from Acrobat Reader then when when you go to print in Reader click the Advanced button, there will be a check box that says "print as image" you might try this option. I have seen both of these fix problems with PDF printing, it just depends on the PDF. You might make it clear to the customer that the PS driver is actually something changing on the copier end, the "print as image" is changing how Reader sends the data to the driver. If it is a brand new 4520c series there is a slim PDF option, with an additional processing board, which is supposed to speed up slim PDF printing alot. I think this would probably only be viable if the customer prints a --ton-- of PDFs, though I could be wrong. |
