Ricoh Mp2553 error sc819-00

Hi Friends,
Am a new member here
i have a ricoh mp 2553 having error code sc819-00
How can i access the sp modes?
any help would really appreciate

Hi press the yellow clear all key then press 107 on the keypad and then press and hold the red cancel key untill the screen changes to sp modes
The sc code relates to PCL firmware. you may have to update it to the latest version or if you have a HDD installed it may need formatting
