    When clicking the user profile, the above user name comes up as "Invalid user Name" contact system administrator.

    If its an enterprise or if they have IT , have them do a reservation by Mac address for the copier

    I don't think the forum likes the period in the username. I suspect it may be treating it as a web link.

    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    There is a setting in TopAccess to disable so that the copier will hold on to its static IP whenever an IP conflict occurs. Otherwise it will reset to 0.0.0.0 once it detects an IP conflict.

    Open TopAccess by keying in the IP address of the copier into any internet browser.

    Go under Administration
    Login. Default pw is 123456
    Go under Network
    Somewhere under the first option you should see IP conflict detect. Depending on models. Not all model has this option.
