I have done the fuser bracket upgrade, replaced all the fuser rollers,belt.. and It will print at first, the the code pops up, then it wont re set, fuser reads 0 and 0 in 2002 service mode

Have you followed the trouble shooting process in the Service Manual yet for that error? It's pretty straight forward. Also the flag for the contact/release sensor ( it looks like a bowtie) can break and cause the C4E0 error also.

ive ordered a clutch and a new sensor, the flag looks to be intact, thank you
Bowtie intact is good ... white colored is better. I've seen them turn brown and not trigger the sensor properly. Also check that the satellite roller bushings are intact. If the bushings are disintegrating or bearings seized the heat belt will be slack, giving you the same code. Same effect is the foam roller bushings have disintegrated. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Okay it seems to have been the the fuser clutch 6LJ08815000 CLUCH-33C-8-CCW-FUS
this seems to have been the problem client has ran several jobs and no code C4e0 is solved
I replaced the service bulletin bracket upgrades / no fix it, i replace the fuser rollers and belt, no fix it/ so we looked into the drive section and found a clutch in the motor section turns the pressure roller position trip flag
