Toshiba E-Studio 352 not printing

Hi there,

I am sorry, I am new to this forum, but I have seen that it is the best when it comes to copiers. I have made a search but have not seen any problem similar to mine.
I have an e-studio 352 and an GM-1060 dongle. When I go to TopAccess it says at Options that Printer Kit is installed, which makes me think that the dongle is ok. When I go to the Log tab it records all my printings, but I cannot print physically. I mean all seems ok on machine side, but I do not have any paper printed out. The print data blinks normal.

Any help would be appreciated!

There were 2 types of print dongles for that copier, gm1060 and gm1061, you need the gm1061 now, since the firmware is at 330.
