hi evrey body any one can help me ,new machine 3540c work normal , but after some copies there is massge inttal new maginta cartridge ,i replaced m cartride , adjust auto toner for all colors , is thear any action ?

what does the manual tell you to do?

No i am technical ?
But this error is new for me

Make sure genuine toner is used...

I have cases where genuine toner more than 70% also showing "Install New Cartridge" error.

When dealing with toner issue, I always perform below steps:

1. Change another new toner
2. Clean the CTIF toner sensor - "Toner not recognize" error
3. Check developer tank, make sure toner is not overflow - Too much toner inside developer tank
4. Replace auto toner sensor underneath the developer tank - So far never replace before
5. Perform auto toner adjustment for the problem color only before replacing new developer material
