Exclamation Toshiba ES 455 Upper drawer issue

the upper drawer is set A5-R and i use it several months. i changed values of 448 (Paper aligning amount adjustment at the registration section (PFP Upper drawer/ Plain paper)) and 450 (Paper aligning amount adjustment at the registration section (Upper drawer/ Plain paper)) codes (05 mode-adjustment) because of it does not print from top of paper (5mm) . now it prints skewed and paper jam after two or three prints. i could not remember what were the values and i changed several times. sometime it prints 6 papers without issue sometime it paper jam @ exit after one print. other drawers works fine.

Did u check the feeder unit rollers? Feeder unit?

Frankly speaking, I never change below 05 codes...
05-448 Default value for short size is 16
05-450 Default value for short size is 20

There's a bulletin that offers modified loop values that seem to work better than the defaults found in the manual. (You did look in the manual, yes?) The document I have does not have values for cassette1, but it does for the others.

There plenty of other causes for paper skew:
    Flattened separation roller
    Broken front door strap
    Warped lower separation guide
    Incorrectly installed transfer roller

You probably know that the shortest acceptable paper length is 210mm, so your A5-R must be fed -R, not as A5. Otherwise it will stall between the rollers.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
