Good copier, depends on the meter click. Well featured.

Parts, drums and developer often last well beyond industry spec.

There was a problem with this series of the HDD sometimes dying due to being baked by the fuser. You must replace the dead HDD with a Toshiba proprietary SED-HDD.

Buy a couple of the e2555c to e4555c series and use one as a parts machine.

If you are not a Toshiba dealer already, then this is not a good choice for a freelancer.

I agree with most of that. I haven't had a HDD failure in months. I believe the most recent firmware upgrades have solved the HDD issues. My biggest irritation is the squeaky exit section. Every machine I see needs cleaning and lubrication. The new style developer bearings seem to hold up well. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Toshiba 2555c is a great machine if you know your stuff. Not recommended for high volume
