Shasta series (5506AC specifically) DEFAULT service password

    Hey all,

Got one of these in and we're trying to get into service mode (power on + start + Clear). We've done User Functions / Admin / General / Service password reset in there/ Confirm. Previous lines don't usually have service password. Are we missing something or do we need to do a HDD wipe?
