e-studio 256 connection limit

my customers 256 says can not print due to connection limit. I think its a network issue but the IT guy is blaming the copier they are in the midle of replacing all the pc,s in the office

Change port on print driver from WSD to a standard tcp/ip port or change 08 code and increase max users.

sounds like what I thought I told the IT guy to change the port to a tcpip and havent heard back yet can you tell me the 08 code number so i dont have to go through the long list of codes in my book just being lazy I guess but thank you very much for the input

Changing port type will fix the problem , Probably why you haven't herd back from IT guy , 08-3765 default is 10 max is 20.
