I wonder if the DF feed roller was installed the wrong way around? It has a one-way bearing in it and if you put it in the wrong way you get the issue you've described.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

Thx but checked that. Also the feed motor does not even turn. Gonna go back there today to check DC voltage to ADF, maybe line voltage to motors in ADF went down. (But just realized Solenoid for pick up works, so wouldnt that be same DC voltage?).

    Any other ideas?

Sensors test fine in F3 Test mode.
Anyone know the test to check ADF motors, can't seem to find it in the both main body and mr3031 service manuals?

I've encountered where when feed using RADF, after press start button to copy the feeding roller will not go down following paper jam code. Found out is RADF board issue...

Have you checked the sensors individually in 03 mode or from pinouts of the RADF controller? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Thx blackcat.
03 mode sensors were checked. I even wemt as far as taking apart the ADF down to each sensor to check obstruction of it's actuator spring loaded lever.

There are two 24 VDC lines present at the ADF Harness PCB. And no 24 VDC switching at the feed motor.
