    Training

I have a question. I work in Pa. If I had to go to a Toshiba copier class, where would that be?

Not 100% sure...but several companies have East Coast training centers in Atlanta. That'd be my guess.

I've been to Toshiba class in Chicago, near O'Hare Airport. I'll get you an address. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

For my area I would go to Parsippany NJ. Does Toshiba have a way to remotely monitor machines? Kyocera has KFS.

It's called Toshiba Cloud Connect. We have a guy getting trained up on it now. =^..^=

Of course the next question is, how does it compare to KFS? Is that an online course?

I apologize for all these questions, but we are looking into taking on the Toshiba line. We actually had Toshiba install a 4515 in our demo room to try. I trust the information from you guys much more than from a manufacture trying to convince us to take on their product. I would greatly appreciate any input. Thank you.

    Tonerkiller

I'm currently learning KFS and Cloud connect(toshiba).
They are different but have some similarities.
I don't have much experience but i will try to answer any questions you have.
