    T1560

Does your expo lamp (scanner) is shining when you make a copy? if yes - you may have a problem with main charger or transfer charger (Papo wrote about this). if the problem is in main charger (corona) you have to take out the drum unit. Over the drum is main charger - check it (is it whole), clear it if there is a toner or something else. If the transfer and separation fibres are whole the problem you have to change corona holders (L and R)

    Good luck

    Hello Mentors.

I already check my unit 1560.

    1. lamp ok
    2. Wire to Charger was cut (so I fixed already)

but when I start it the paper had a very light print like a shadow image. I already adjusted the contrast but same image. Can you advise me next? Thanks

Wich wire did you change? (main, transfer, separation) and did you see well holder on the corona? Did you check holders for electrical breaks (it looks like white areas)? If you have another chargers (i meen whole body) you can check where is the problem, if you don't - look well for electrical breaks.
And if you want you can change main charger voltage (05 - 38) and see wath happen.
    success

THanks Vale24! I will check again. Just to inform you that the 'no image print' happen, when the 1560 was out of toner, thats why when I replaced it with new one, the 'no image print' still appears. I thought it was the toner only. until you advised me to check on the main chargers. THen a shadowy image appears. I guess just a little more adjustments huh. Ok sir I will check the main chargers. Thanks!

    Thumbs up field tech

try checking the dev drive gears & the drive gear on the dev unit.there was a modification for this, the new gear was grey and slighty longer so it engaged with the drive gears properly
