| You say you lost SMB? Have you gone to the control panel on the copier and turned it back on? In user functions choose the Admin tab, go to the network settings and there you can turn SMB on. If it is off that will keep you out of Top Access. | |

SMB is turned on however I can't get to the Top Access web interface. It seems like it happened after the building had a power outage. All the SMB paths and templates got deleted from the machine.
I can still print to the copier, copy documents and ping it however I can't access the web interface to redo all the SMB and LDAP settings.
