User accounts in toshiba e-studio 166/167

Please can anyone inform me about the Toshiba e-studio 166 and e-studio 167 make user accounts and if yes can u tell the number of users?

Don't forget before that to enable department code function by 1+*+Power on, input code 100 then start then code 18 then start, change bit 2 from 0 to 1 to enable department code function.
