color matching in the FC2820.

Dear All,
this time is about color matching in the Masherbrume (FC-2820).
after finishing the installation and when it comes to printing from Macintosh the output colors were no where from the monitor's one or from the SHERPA offset colors ,although that the machine is fully capable to reproduce those colores through direct copying.
the used ICC color profile is the :
RGB: sRGB IEC61966-2.1
CMYK: U.S web coated(swop)v2.

I've uploaded both of those profiles to the MFP through the Top Access with no difference neither from the PC nor from the MAC.

could any body advise about this.

Toshiba has come out with new firmware to fix color issues with the MASH, version 110 will fix most color issues.
