Exclamation E-Studio 2830C bottom drawer stuck open!

One of my co-workers pulled the large/bottom tray out and now we can not push it back in. There seems to be a little piece of metal on the left side of the actualy drawer that is restricting it from going inside of the copier. Anyone had this problem? The position of this metal piece is odd because it does not make any sense as to how the drawer came out in the first place. Thank you!

If your copier is under maintenance I would call them. Otherwise you make break it when trying to fix it and then be liable for the costs incurred in fixing it. If it is not under maintenance you can take that bracket off as stated and then put it back once the tray is slid back in slightly. Easier option is to depress the latch/lock on the right side rail with the trail pulled out past the lastch about an inch cock the whole drawer to the side so the metal bracket goes back inside.
