Question Toshiba E 65 / SHARP AR 650 Having odd Problems

I have a Sharp AR 650, same as Toshiba E studio 65 with 350,000 copies. The machine has a few odd troubles, the print shifts with each copy when printed from LCF and each drawer, but only when the paper is passed through vertically as in LCF. When the drawers are adjusted for the 8x10R paper or legal size, no problems. The shifting print moves exactly 2 inches to the right with each copy ie. first copy 2 inches, second copy 4 inches etc. until there is no print on the page?? The machine has had a PM and a new drum. There is no error code. This was a fairly reliable machine until this problem.

Sounds like the drum shaft is slipping. Look at the shaft assembly behind the flywheel.

Also could be the reg clutch set screw loose. I have had that happen several times.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
