E3510 series / doctor blade

Has anyone had a developer doctor blade warp on these? I've had other problems with the dev and drum but this one was weird. I replaced the dev-blade with a new one after cleaning it out. The old one was in a slight U-shape and not cleaning in the middle.

The doctor blade gap has been changed on this model from 0.65 to 0.60, but I think that your issue was just a manufacture defect. I have not seen it on any machines yet.
