Screw down the pressure roller springs all the way.

Also, if the wrinkling is occuring only when feeding from the optional right side LCF, there was something about the alignment of that LCC that would cause the wrinkling ( I do not recall exactly any details )

When the customer fills the LCF up with paper and slams the door shut, the momentum of the paper will cause the rear side paper guide to bow pretty badly. You can usually straighten the guide by hand. Just straighten it and tell the customer to slide the door in easily in the future.

What happens without those guides firmly against the paper is the paper gets pulled and very slightly skews which causes the wrinkling at the fuser.

it is esay to determine if the wrinkles are caused by paper feeding in crooked or if it is happening in the fuser, if the image is skewed on the paper then it is a feed or restart timming problem. I've also seen transport unit cause the paper to enter the fuser crooked and cause wrinkling, or the fuser entrance guide, btw did you replace the bearings/collars? does it wrinkle from all trays? a few things to check, hope this helps
