Toshiba usually has you connect through their FTP server and download firmware. You must request a login and password. At least for Canadians anyway.

Cleaner the optics and the slit glass for the laser. In digital copiers, copies get light when optics are dirty. In analog they get darker.

How old is the drum. How many copies on it??

The es350 have a habit of running light. If you have changed the drum and developer. Did the 08(200) the next thing I would try is to set the Auto density 05(514), 05(512), 05(515). these setting go from 0 to 255. The higher the number the darker the copy.

Not sure what you mean we have a few hundred of them out in the field and they keep color fine. Usually solids are great after a quick cleaning.
