estudio 2500c code c950

I send all board to hitech and they upgraded all boards but when I put the boards in the machine it says code c950.

help me please

I have not experienced this code myself, but according to the service handbook the only thing you haven't touched on is the NVRAM.

Never seen this first hand but from what I understand, if you replace too many boards at once from one machine to another then the boards don't "match." Something in the background about the boards recognizing each other. I think you have to call your regional people to unlock it if this is the case. Well, it's all there in what Baphomet posted... but that sounds like what has happened. Let us know, fortunately I have never seen this happen as I said.

If you changed all the boards at once you will trip the counterfeit protection. You cannot fix this. A Toshiba rep must come out and fix it. It will need a special board changed and may cost you a bundle.
