Has anyone seen this on a ES450 display?

Finisher doesn't wook. Copier works with finisher disconnected.
It has a MJ-1023 finisher on it. I checked the sensor at the top access door and it's good.There is only that one door besides the small panel door to the staples.
Any suggestions?
