E-Studio 520 toner get stopped in Transport Belt Case.
Toner is getting stopped in Transport Belt Case and then forcing Belt Cleaning Blade and get thru the blade always exactly in one place ~7-8 cm from exit. Situation is happen again after few days. I hope you understand what i have written Then we got Drum with scraches in this place after ~200k. I did change Belt, Brush, Blade , vacuum whole pipe and AUGER-TRU. I did run few copies with covers open to confirm that it works.
We try to speed up (08-455/456 - think so) but it goes even worse.
Any help ??

if your transfer cleaner is filling up with toner, either the cleaning system ( brush, motor, etc ) isn't driving, or you have a blockage where the toner drives from the belt unit to the waste box ( on the rear of the machine ) maybe worth checking the waste pipe & mechanism on the rear of m/c.
if my memory serves me well, 08-455/456 are toner / recycled toner supply amounts.
