Developer issues TOSHIBA e 550

I'm used copier machines TOSHIBA e 550 of the machines is Developer fly out at the drum. Please ask him on the forums on how to overcome the Developer from the airport . Thanks

Sounds like either a bias problem on the developer unit or just worn out developer. Is the developer going everywhere inside the machine, or do you just feel some developer on the printed page (i.e. sandy feeling.)

First, what are toner & developer ,OEM or ..? Are you sure they have no problem ?

check that the transport auger is not clogged or not turning.

main charge
drum ground
temp sensor for drum
