Hi Every one,

I have a machine eS352, everything is fine except the edit menu on control panel. why is the menu grey, so that we can't choose.
I already upgade the firmware now is T364SY0A324. Please I need advise if there is any body ever found this problem before.

Hi brother,

sure this paper size is standard. What I ment before is all the menu cannot choosed. I push the menu in control panel it did not response because the menu is grey.

Maybe your touch panel needs to be calibrated. Sounds like you might just be having a hard time "hitting" the button? If so try 08/692
