i work in used copiers & i have great problem with these boxes where the recycle motor stop of working even it works in test mode (03-123) and i dont now the reason i wish to help me guys / happy new year
Remove the recycle unit, break it apart and vacuum it out. Notice whether the small auger has no broken pieces of spiral missing and notice if the longer auger is not binding.
