Question E-Studio 232 - F103, HDD Change

Hello,

Machine:
Toshiba Estudio 232 NPS

Problem:
I get F103 message.

Actions:
Formatted HDD,
Initialized,
Checked the board (changed with new one - is ok).
=> no change, still F103
Therefore need to change HDD.

Questions:
1. Will it accept whatever HDD? I cannot find 40Gb HDD. Can I use 80Gb or more?
2. Is there a special procedure if i replace the provided 40Gb with a larger capacity one?

Thank you.

You can use an 80gig hd

you will need to partition it (clear 3 at power on option 3)
then reload the firmware
then 08-690-2 to format the new drive.
