toner recycle system fills up! es 810

Every 10k to 20k we have to empty out the toner from the recycle resovoir and conduits. Theres no obstruccion or malfunccioning components is this a common problem?

Check the auger that moves the toner into the developer that it is not missing part of its spiral.

There is also an 08 code to make the machine use more or less recycled toner. It's in the S.H. .. Sorry I don't have one on this laptop.

Checked the spiral no breaks

[quote=Baphomet;55852]Check the auger that moves the toner into the developer that it is not missing part of its spiral.[I wonder if there is a modification for this dv unit seems like the auger that feeds toner to the toner auger does a poor job flaking toner to toner auger therefore creating the back up and cd-3 code]
