ES 600

hi all:new to the forums.i had a CF-70 code on an ES 600 for an abnormal new toner motor.they had sort of a toner explosion out onto the door.the recycling auger seems ok ,is turning and not clogged and the tranport auger seems ok also.so i replaced the whole toner hopper with the motor and gear assembly and all on it and everything was ok.now about a week later the same thing happened again.any ideas?thanks

First thing that comes to my mind is the toner bottle. This machine uses T-6000 toner. The eStudio 650 uses T-6510 toner and the bottles are identical but keyed differently. If your customer got hold of T-6510 and put it in the machine, it will physically fit but because it is keyed differently the toner will spill out into the front of the machine really bad.
