3511 Fax issue..

Currently I have a 3511 fax that is using the same line as the phone. When the fax is connected, the phone cannot send or receive calls. Is there a way share between the phone and fax, or will it always interrupt the phone?

although it is so inadequate,but you can.

connect the line cable to phone (LINE inlet) then connect the (TEL exit)line to the machine.

if it is a phone call answer it directly but if you hear the fax tone press START button on the machine (you got to be under the fax tab) and enjoy.....!
