e-studio 151d System error [H4-00]

I've a problem with small Xero e-studio 151d. On a screan appears "System error [H4-00]",. Any one have idea what is wrong?

It is Sharp actually.

H4 00 Heat roller abnormally low
temperature
The fusing temperature does not reach 175°C within 30 sec of turning on the power, or the fusing
temperature keeps at 140°C.

C/I/0/I code 14. If it doesn't reset probably a blown thermostat on those piece of crap fusers. Also have seen the lamps some, mostly thermostat. If it has many miles on it I'd just replace the fuser. Man I hate those machines.

I've replace the fusser and error still appears. And I have no idea how to use the C/I/0/I because when I enter this sequence nothing happens

Clear → Density select → Clear→ Density select is for service mode.
Check code 26-30 and set to 0 - CE mark support control OFF
Try surge arrest power source.
BR
